Gathers over 50 authoritative experts from globally renowned universities, research institutes, and leading enterprises. Focusing on three key technologies—Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD), Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD), and Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD)—it delves into their innovative applications and breakthroughs in six major fields: Semiconductors & Integrated Circuits, Displays & Optoelectronic Devices, New Energy & Energy Storage, High-end Vacuum Equipment Manufacturing, Plasma Science, and Characterization & Performance Analysis of Coatings & Thin Films. It aims to disseminate top academic achievements, clarify technology evolution directions, and build a solid bridge for deep industry-academia-research exchange.

A professional exhibition area of over 3,000 square meters will be set up, which is expected to attract more than 150 industry-leading enterprises to participate in the exhibition. It comprehensively displays the latest vacuum equipment, core materials, key components and full-scenario solutions, serving as an excellent platform for you to gain insights into market trends, compare technical products, connect upstream and downstream resources of the industrial chain, and achieve commercial cooperation.

3. 同期活动（多场景交流延伸）Concurrent Activities (Multi-scenario Exchange Extension)：

大会将同期举办 “2026第二届CEO交流会”、政府产业园区招商推介会、企业新产品/新技术发布会等特色活动。特别值得一提的是，今年适逢深圳市真空技术行业协会（SAVTI）成立十周年，我们将隆重举行庆典暨2026年会。这些活动将极大拓展交流维度，创造多层次、多维度的互动与合作机会。

The conference will concurrently host featured events such as the "2026 2nd CEO Exchange Forum," government industrial park investment promotion sessions, and corporate new product/technology launch events. Particularly noteworthy, this year marks the 10th anniversary of the Shenzhen Association of Vacuum Technology Industry (SAVTI), for which we will grandly hold a celebration ceremony and the 2026 Annual Meeting.
